HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM ORDER? 

Everything is made from scratch. So at the minimum, 2 weeks. Typically you will find this information at the bottom of a product page. If you need an item sooner, please email me. Sometimes I may have a certain color in stock, so feel free to check in before purchasing if you're on a tight deadline.

 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE WARRANTY?

The Haus holds an open door for repairs. Depending on what is needed, the Haus is happy to update, repair, or replace, at no/reduced cost. The Haus wants you to always look good wearing HoJ!

Please note that leather wear is part of a natural process, and your items will adjust (or be "trained") according to how you use your product. 

Also, please be aware that leather is not a synthetic product, so there may be marks or scars which give it a unique characteristic. I will ensure these marks exist at a merely aesthetic level, never to impact durability of the item.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes. Shipping costs will vary according to destination and weight of package. We will send you an estimate of shipping costs and you can decide accordingly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Haus of Jung is NOT a fast-fashion brand, therefore we do not subscribe to the return culture you find for most factory-made brands/items.

If a product does not meet your expectations or is damaged in shipping process, we will do our best to resolve the matter.

For sizing issues, please communicate your sizing needs before the order is shipped. If we are customizing a belt (made from scratch), we assume you are responsible for the correct measurements. If a gifted adjustable strap was the wrong size, for example, the Haus can either shorten it, or if not used/worn yet, swap for another size. Buyer pays shipping charges, or can arrange a meeting to swap at an event.

If you are purchasing a gift, the Haus is happy to credit the gifted individual if they would like to swap for another item, as long as it is not used/damaged in any way. Please keep your receipt.

Returns are rarely always accepted (unless as mentioned above, the product does not meet your expectations). If the item was customized to certain colors or features, it's more unlikely the product will be accepted. In the case that we come to an agreement and they are accepted, there will be a hefty return fee. Absolutely no returns will be accepted on debossed items (with initials for example).
